§ 500.140. Prohibited Acts and Conduct.

  • From and after the effective date of this code, no person shall erect or occupy any building or structure, nor install, repair, replace or make any improvement to a structure or its mechanical, electrical or plumbing parts or system, nor commit any act, conduct or licensed trade work or practice, which are or may be subject to any provision of this Code of Regulations for Buildings and Construction, in the incorporated area of Mission, Kansas, except as permitted and in the manner provided by these regulations and the codes adopted as a part of the regulations and any act or conduct which fails to comply with the provisions of these regulations and the codes adopted as a part of the regulations shall be and hereby is declared to be unlawful as a violation of the Mission Code of Regulations for Buildings and Construction, 2009 Edition.
