§ 500.390. Enforcement — Designation of Officer — Abatement — Right-Of-Entry — Penalty.

The Director or his or her appointed representative shall be designated as the public officer charged with the administration and enforcement of this Act. The public officer shall authorize the investigation of violations of the Act. If it is determined that a violation of this Act exists, then the officer shall declare such condition a nuisance and is authorized to pursue abatement and enforcement procedures as specified in Section 220.070 of the Code.
