§ 500.043. Deletions.

The following provisions of the International Residential Code, as adopted, shall be deleted and not applicable under this code:

a) 

Section R112 Board of Appeals.

b) 

Section R309.5 Fire Sprinklers.

c) 

Section N1103.4.2 (R403.4.2) Hot water pipe insulation (Prescriptive).

d) 

Section N1103.2.3 (R403.2.3) Building Cavities (Mandatory).

e) 

Section N1104.1 (R404.1) Lighting equipment (Mandatory).
